In the 6th grade she tried out for Redmond Select and has played through the program ever since along with the Seattle Magic program. Christine is on the Honor Roll and maintains a 3.5 GPA. Christine was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Oregon City Tournament in 2004. At Evergreen Junior High, Christine played one year of junior varsity basketball, winning the Offensive Player of the Year Award her 7th grade year, and two years of varsity basketball, winning the MVP Award her 9th grade year. She played on various AAU teams during her 1st-5th grade years, played for the Redmond Select Girls Basketball Club during her 5th-9th grade years, played for the Seattle Magic Girls Basketball Club during her 6th-7th grade years, and is currently playing in her second season with the Puget Sound Flight Girls Basketball Club. Christine began playing basketball in first grade.
